Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

If your return is approved, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment. Customers must generate their own return shipping label and send the item(s) back to us at the address below:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges incurred on returns are the responsibility of the customer.

International Orders (Outside the United Kingdom)

Please note that all international orders (orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom) are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns.

This policy is in place because customs duties, import taxes, and international shipping fees are non-recoverable. Once an order has been processed and shipped internationally, these charges cannot be reclaimed by us, and accepting returns would result in significant unrecoverable costs.

By placing an international order with RAIQ, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
